Returns & Refunds Policy

At Sa & Sons Trading LTD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

Eligibility: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at info@sasonstradingltd.co.uk with your order details.


2. Refunds

Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted for items not in their original condition or damaged for reasons not due to our error.


3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at info@sasonstradingltd.co.uk.


4. Shipping Costs

Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Refundable Shipping: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


5. Exceptions

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items like perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items cannot be returned.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
